Today in Fireworks: Elbow – Reading ’11 (Full Stream)

On what feels like it could be the very last day of the summer (again, and in early October), I thought I’d revel in what was undoubtedly one of the highlights of summer for thousands of people.
Having stormed their short arena tour back in March, Elbow launched the summer with style and flair at Glastonbury (oh, the crowd control we witnessed), and romped through the summer. The last major festival of the year, Reading, was always going to be a high point for the Mancunian group. Garvey and company did their best to dispell a damp Leeds during their sunset show, but it was at Reading that they really shone.
Enjoy their 55 minute set.

Majestic.
Take care of each other
